摘 要 战略管理会计是近年来发展的一种企业战略管理与管理会计相结合的管理信息系统，它以企业价值最大化为目标，运用多种灵活的方法，收集、加工、整理、提供和分析有关企业战略管理相关的各种信息，借此来帮助企业管理层确立战略目标，进行战略制定、战略实施和战略评价，以保持和发展企业持久的竞争优势。 本文介绍了从提出战略管理会计至今，国内外的研究现状；阐述了有关战略管理会计的相关理论，以及战略管理会计与传统管理会计的区别；从原则、目标、特点、内容几方面构建了战略管理会计的体系；并将其应用在X公司，验证了战略管理会计的有效可行。 关键词：战略管理会计；环境分析；成本管理；业绩评价  Abstract Strategic management accounting is in recent years the development of a strategic management and management accounting management information system, the combination of it with the enterprise value maximization as the goal, using a variety of flexible methods, collection, processing, sorting, provide and analysis about enterprise strategic management related all kinds of information, to help enterprise strategic management to establish goals, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation, and to maintain lasting competitive advantage and development of enterprises. Since put forward the strategic management accounting has been introduced in this paper, the research status at home and abroad.
