摘 要 本文首先分析了龙岗污水处理厂当前所实行的绩效考核模式，指出暴露出的 问题，并在此基础上将绩效考核理论观念与具体的实践结合在一起，分析、研究 当前所实行的绩效考核体系，同时，对原有的体系进行了重新设计和构建。本文 利用文献综述法、比较分析法以及调查研究法，详细阐述了龙岗污水处理厂绩效 考核体系在设计思路、基本原则以及目的的基础上的改进，对绩效考核体系的各 项指标进行了系统的论述，从不同角度提出了完善绩效考核制度的措施，并对可 能出现的结果进行了评价，目的是解决企业当前存在的问题，实现企业的可持续 发展。 本文针对企业面临的改革问题展开研究，并选择了龙岗污水处理厂为研究对 象，目的是设计出最佳的解决方案，制定出完善的绩效考核体系方案。笔者希望 自己的研究有助于企业人力资源管理水平的提高，也希望本次研究能为其他企业 的改革提供一些切实可行的建议。 关键词：龙岗污水处理厂；绩效考核；环保 ABSTRACT This thesis first analyzes the performance appraisal model long gang water pollution treatment plant is currently implemented, points out the problems exposed, and on the basis of performance test of the theory and the practice unifies in together, analysis, research the current implementation of the performance appraisal system, the original system is re designed and constructed. In this paper, using the method of literature review, comparative analysis and investigation method, described in detail long gang water pollution treatment improved plant performance evaluation system based on the design idea, basic principles and objective on, the indicators of performance appraisal system were discussed, the perfect performance appraisal system of the measures put forward from different angles, and the possible result is evaluated, purpose is to solve the problems existing in the Corporation, to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. Aiming at the reform issue facing enterprises is studied, and select the long gang water treatment plant as the research object, the purpose is to design the best solution, make a perfect performance appraisal system.
