But because the explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle works in explosive gas environment, it must be installed for the safety and protection system. The research of Chinas auxiliary trackless transport technology started late, research of safety protection system of trackless rubber-tyred car is still in the primary stage. Stable, efficient, and intelligent safety protection system can guarantee the safety of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in the explosive gas environment, and improve the efficiency of colliery auxiliary transportation. Safety protection system of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is one of the important research topic of auxiliary transportation machinery by coal. This thesis completed the following tasks. (1)Analysed the insecurity of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle working in the coal mine, proposed the safety protection system design.
