河 南 科 技 大 学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 内吸性除草剂24-D对几种种子萌发的影响 内吸性除草剂2, 4-D对几种种子萌发的影响 2, 4-滴丁酯2, 4-D butylate）为选择性内吸传导性激素型除草剂，低浓度对植物有刺激作用，可作为植物生长调节剂高浓度时能杀死植物作为除草剂应用。2, 4-滴丁酯2, 4-滴丁酯结果表明不同浓度的2, 4-滴丁酯对五种种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数存在显著差异。具体表现为：）当浓度为10-/L时，小麦种子的发芽势为%，对照组；浓度10-5 L/L，其发芽势对照组浓度在10- ~ 10-5 L/L范围内，豆种子的发芽势对照组；浓度在10- ~ 10-5 L/L范围内，种子的发芽势对照组；当浓度为10-时，种子的发芽势对照组通过本研究，种子萌发的2, 4-滴丁酯浓度，为实际农业生产提供一定的理论和借鉴意义。 关键词 ：2, 4-滴丁酯；发芽率发芽势发芽指数 DETERMINAtTION SYSTEMIC HERBICIDE 2, 4-D ON THE INFLUENCE OF SEVERAL SKIND OF SEED GERMINATION ABSTRACT 2, 4-D butylate for selective herbicide conductivity hormone, in low concentrations of the plants have to stimulate growth, can be used as plant growth regulator, high concentrations can kill plants as herbicide application. However, differences between the sensitive degree of different plants to 2, 4-D butylate, using concentration whether correctly is very important to plant seeds germination securely. In view of this study adopts the petri dish bioassay method, preliminary determination of the different concentrations of 2, 4-D butylate of wheat, corn, beans, melon seeds, peanuts, five kinds of germination. The results showed that different concentrations of 2, 4-D butylate of five kinds of seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index exists significant differences. Embodied in: 1) when the concentration is 10-3 L/L, wheat seed germination potential of 80%, higher than the control group (76.7%). 2) for the corn seed, even if the concentrations as low as 10-5 L/L, the germination potential is lower than the control group; 3) concentration in 10-4 ~ 10-5 L/L within the scope of soybean seed germination were higher than control group; 4) concentration in10-2~ 10-5 L/L range, melon seeds germination were higher than control group; 5) when the concentration of 10-4 L/L, peanut seed germination potential and the control group, were 66.7%.
