青少年研究与实践 2015年第 2期 共青团建设 ‘两‘新’’组织青年工作路径研究 以湖州市为例 共青团湖州市委 (共青 团湖州市委 ，浙江 湖州 313000) 摘 要 ：据调查，“两新”组织青年存在工作和生活压力大、心理焦虑、价值 多元等特质 。近年来 ，湖州 团市委扎实推进 “两新”组织 “青春党建、活力 团建 ”工作 ，着力加强青春 阵地建设，大力实施青春成长工 程 ，广泛开展青春志愿行动 ，积极培育青春示范群体 ，青年工作取得较 大成效。但 由于受 中小企业 自身发 展不稳定、企业主主观重视程度不高等因素的影响，“两新 ”组织青年工作的渗入性较差。因此 ，一要转变 理念 ，着力从教育转向服务 ；二要立足于塑造 品牌 、增强贡献率 ，找准青年 ．T-作有效切入 点 ；三要提升 “两 新”组织青年组织化程度 ，拓展凝聚青年的有效载体。 关键词 ：“两新 ”组织；青年工作 ；切入点；路径 中图分类号：D432．6 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号：2095—9303(2015)02—0042—05 Researchon theYouth W orkPath ofTwo New StlyesofOrganization — — TakingHuzhou asanExample TheCommunistYouthLeagueCommitteeofHuzhou (TheCommunistYouthLeagueCommitteeofHuzhou，Zhefiang，Huzhou313000，China) Abstract：Accordingto the survey，young people in two new stylesoforganization have stressfulwork and life， anxious mentality， and multiple value， etc． In recentyears， the CommunistYouthLeagueCommitteeofHuzhouhaspushedon “YouthPartyBuilding，Dynamic CYL Building” work， strengthened the youth field building， implemented youth growing engineering，carried outyouth volunteerism and cultivated youth demonstration groups．As a result，theyouthworkhasmadegreateffectiveness．However，duetotheinstabilityofsmalland medium—sizedenterprises，andtheneglectofbusinessowners，theinfiltrationoftheyouthworkin twonew stlyesoforganization ispoor．Therefore，theresearchgroupproposed that：Firstly，we shouldchangethe conceptfrom education to service．Secondly，basedon brand buildingand contributionincreasing，weshouldeffectivelyidenti~theentrypointtotheyouthwork．Thirdly， weshouldenhancetheyouthorganizationaldegreeoftwonew stylesoforganization，andexpand theeffectivecarriert
