On the basis of analyzing the financing difficulty of agricultural industrialization ’development, this paper thought it should take the following six aspects to build a new rural financial support system to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Those are the establishment of legal protection system, innovative financial management system, improve the system of agricultural support policies, improve the credit guarantee system, build a system of agricultural insurance, as well as strengthening the financial safety control.
