The article analyzes the influencing factors and the inter-factor structuredness ，systematicness and effective- ness of the information ecosystem of the business website ，designs the configuration index system in accordance with the influencing factors ，and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the configuration level of the system. So ，while the article lays a foundation for the evaluation of the benefit of the business website ，it also provides the method and approach for the value in- crement of the business website.
