Safety construction towards the standardization of both the national mandatory requirements and dangerous chemical production enterprise to realize an effective way of safety. In this paper I based on the related research of dangerous chemicals production enterprises at home and abroad safety standards and other safety management. And use the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the safety standards for construction of HuaTin Coal to Methanol Company. My main work and conclusions are as follows: (1) On the basis of the theory of enterprise safety standardization construction ，I summarize the coal chemical enterprises how to create safety standardization. that only let all the cadres and workers of coal enterprises take part in the safety standardization construction. We can truly achieve sustainable safety standardization management. (2) From the start with the internal production system ， We identify the factors of safety risk. Through the strengthenin the hazardous chemicals en
