S1006374@ mail.yzu.edu.tw 摘要 營造業在歷經紙本作業到電子化之後，已然了解到電子化對流程改進的重要 程度 。然而，針對營造工地現場管理的作業效率上仍有許多改善的空間。例如工 地進度掌握，現場問題即時回饋營運中心有效因應 等措施 ，將影響到專案進度 控 管 與成本效益 ；營造業工地現場之行動辦公室推動勢必要藉助數位行動 終端設備 來達成此目的。經由初步篩選各種數位行動裝置後 ，本研究以評估最適合營造業 的 ”平板電腦”為主要決策分析項目。針對目前市面上主流平板電腦的各項屬性以及 與現有系統的整合性，以CIO角色使用 SMART-ROC 方法進行分析，作為平板電 腦採購評估時的決策方向，進而導入最適合營造業的平板電腦作為推行行動化辦 公室的終端設備為目標 。 關鍵字：行動辦公室 、現場管理 、平板電腦、層級分析 、簡易多屬性 。 Abstract The construction industry has deployed and benefited from the paper-based system to electronic-based management system. The company has already been aware of the importance of the electronic-based process improvement, however, there is still many topics should be improved and highlighted. For example, the site management, the efficiency to report the problem occurred in the site, the project schedule and the cash flow management. After comparison, the Tablet PC is the best solution among the current possible mobile solutions. This study is focus on the decision making of which is the most suitable Table PC solution in construction industry. The comparison includes the characteristics of the major Table PCs, the operation system and the system integration with the company’s existed system. From the viewpoint of the CIO, we used the SMART-ROC to do the decision analysis on purchasing the most suitable Table PC for site offices. 關鍵字： Mobile Office, Electronic-based site management, Tablet PC, level of analysis, SMART.
