熟悉网络用语的读者应该知道,标题中的英文no zuo no die就是汉语“不作死就不会死”的英文直译。美国在线词典Urban Dictionary已经收录了这个英文直译,并且还给出了以下这样正儿八经的英文解释:This phrase is of Chinglish origin, which means if you don’t do stupid things, they won’t come back and bite you in the ass. But if you do, they most certainly will. (这个短语源于中国式英语,含义为“如果你不做蠢事,就不会有坏事反过来咬你一口;如果你做了,坏事很可能找上门”。)
