乳腺癌抗雌激素药物耐药蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中表达及临床意义 黄 伟*, 范小青*，邓 波, 王如文 ，蒋耀光，谭群友 (400042 重庆，第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所全军胸外科中心) [摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺癌抗雌激素药物耐药蛋白（breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance 1，BCAR1）在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer ，NSCLC)中的表达以及临床意义。方法 采用组织芯片（tissue microarray，TMA）和免疫组化法（immunohistochemistry，IHC）检测2006年2月至2007年2月期间本中心70例NSCLC和癌旁正常肺组织，以及28例肺良性肿瘤（错构瘤12例，炎性假瘤8例，纤维瘤8例）中BCAR1的表达情况。结果 NSCLC中BCAR1蛋白阳性率为98.6%（69/70），癌旁正常肺组织中仅有3例弱阳性，阳性率为4.2%（3/70），肺良性肿瘤中无阳性表达，NSCLC与两者比较有显著差异（χ2 = 143.93，P = 0.000）。BCAR1表达在不同年龄、性别、淋巴结转移,TNM分期和病理类型表达无统计学差异（P ＞0.05），而与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关（χ2 = 13.639，P = 0.001）。用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线经Log-rank检验发现，BCAR1高表达组预后比低表达组生存时间短（P =0.014）。结论 在NSCLC中BCAR1蛋白表达显著高于正常组织和肺良性肿瘤，并与NSCLC的分化程度和预后呈负相关。BCAR1蛋白可以作为NSCLC诊断和判断预后一个重要的新指标。 [关键词] 乳腺癌抗雌激素药物耐药蛋白；非小细胞肺癌；蛋白质阵列分析Clinical significance of breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance 1 expression in non-small cell lung cancer Huang Wei, Fang Xiaoqing, Deng Bo, Wang Ruwen, Jiang Yaoguang, Tan Qunyou (Center of Thoracic Surgery,Institute of Surgery Research, Daping Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing, 400042, China) [Abstract] Objective To determine the expression and clinical significance of breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance 1 (BCAR1) in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods A total of 70 tissue samples of NSCLC and their adjacent normal tissues collected in our department during Feb 2006 to Feb 2007 were tested for .BCAR1 protein expression by tissue microarray (TMA) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), Another 28 samples of benign pulmonary tumors (12 hamartoma, 8 inflammatory pseudotumor, and 8 fibroid tumor) were used as control.
