Abstract
In order to relieve the job pressure of undergraduate students, reduce the supply and demand gap between enterprises and students,
as well as solve the job difficulties in university students and improve employment rate of students, the factors influencing students
employment and enterprises recruitment has been analyzed by means of survey, based on which the three and one talent training
mode with convergence study at first and then distributary training has been put forward. In the mode, the emphasis is placed on
students’ abilities of practice, innovation and adaptation so as to improve students’ ability of operations and shorten the
requirement difference between enterprises and students. With the innovation and practice training under the three and one talent
training mode adopted by school, the enterprises and students got their suitable requirements. The students ’ employments and
enterprise’s feedback results imply that three and one talent innovation mode is in accordance with the university students job
objectives and enterprises talent requirements.
