摘 要 多发性骨髓瘤血清IL-6的测定及其临床意义 研究生：黄琴 导师：王晓敏副教授 摘 要 目的：探讨多发性骨髓瘤患者血清白介素 6 水平变化及其检测的临床意义。方 法：对105 例多发性骨髓瘤患者（其中31 例维吾尔族、74 例汉族）和70 例正常对 照用EILSA 法测定血清IL-6 的水平，分析不同临床分期MM 患者血清IL-6 水平变 化。结果：MM 组IL-6 水平明显高于正常对照组（P0.05 ）；Ⅲ期MM 患者IL-6 水 平高于Ⅰ期（P0.05 ）；Ⅲ期IL-6 水平高于Ⅱ期（P0.05 ）；Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期间IL-6 水平 差异无统计学意义（P0.05 ）；维吾尔族与汉族MM 患者血清IL-6 水平无显著差异 （P0.05 ）。结论：检测 IL-6 的水平可作为MM 临床分期，疗效及预后判断的有效 指标之一。抑制IL-6 的生物学功能，从而为MM 的临床治疗提供新的策略和途径可 作为MM 靶向治疗。 关键词：多发性骨髓瘤 白细胞介素6 1 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 The Clinical Significance of the Change of Interleikin-6 Level In Multiple Myeloma Prostgraduate ：Huang Qin Supervisor：Wang Xiaomin Professor Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of the change of interleukin-6(IL-6) level in multiple myeloma(MM). Methods:105MM patients,including 31Vighur patients,74Han patients and 70 control. The serum IL-6 level was determined by ELISA.Results: The MM patients had significantly higher IL-6 serum levels than the control(P0.05).The IL-6 serum levels in stage Ⅲ were highest in all stages(P0.05).There was no difference(P0.05) of the IL-6 serum levels between stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ. There was no difference in the level of interleukin-6 between Vighur patients and Han patients(P0.05).Conclusion : Monitoring the level of IL-6 is useful in estimating the therapeutic efficancy and prognosis for the patients with MM.
