Scholars have made large amount of Studies about new rural area of socialism, such as concrete connotation , significance ,route choice , basic pattern and new rural construction of abroad experience studying the concrete connotation , and so on. And thinking that new rural area construction is of great importance in the field of improving peasants living standard , reducing the city and countryside gap , realizing well-to-do society and so on. Building the new rural area of socialism is need to pass developing collective economy , the civilization , village pushing forward a course of urbanization , cultural advancement , the disbursement increasing the common product of rural area , building a wind producing the plenty , countryside developing , living hold the society who clean and tidy , manages democratic new rural area.
