The Clinical study in Maintenance Treatment for Remission of Ulcerative Colitis by Coupling Use of Jian-Pi-Bu-Shen Decoction Speciality: Traditional Chinese medicine Author: Yu Mingming Tutor: professor Chi Lili Abstract Objective: To observe Jian-Pi-Bu-Shen Decoction to maintain clinical efficacy to relieve ulcerative colitis, and from the two aspects of theoretical and clinical studies to investigate its mechanism, clinical and theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease. Methods: Choose the standard of cases in 60 cases, randomly divided into trial group in 30 cases, and control group in 30 cases,were maintained 6 months of treatment, to compare treatment groups after the clinical efficacy of TCM symptom score of TCM climate efficacy, colonoscopic mucosal as pathological changes of mucosal tissue, and serum the ESR, CRP and TNF-alpha, IL-10, D-dimer, the T cell subsets and the level of change; and were followed for six months to observe recurrence 6 months after rate.
