Clinical Observation on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Teated by Chiropractic Manipulation of Recumbent position Speciality：Massage Author ：JuXiaojun Tutor ：Prof.JingFujie Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by chiropractic manipulation of recumbent position and provide standard treatment . Methods: the patients with CSR 56 cases, for chiropractic manipulation of recumbent position 28 cases, traditional massage group of 26 patients. Results: Two groups have obvious difference in symptoms and signscoapprehensive score （sscs ）(P﹤0.01) .the two groups after treated have obvious diffeience in sscs(P ﹤ 0.01). Two groups have more obvious differences in sscs before and after treatment (p ﹤0.05) . After treatment, there are more obvious differences in sscs between two groups. (p ﹤0.05). The total effective rate: the chiropractic manipulation group 92.8%, traditional massage group 84.6%. Conclusion: Both the two treatments can bring improvements in sscs. but the chiropractic manipulation is superior to traditional massage. Chiropractic manipulation of recumbent position plays very good function in adjusting internal a- nd external mechanical imbalances of cervical vertebra. More security, more specific, more effectively and more advantages of easy operation thantraditional massage , it is worth promoting.
