Clinical research about Massage of digesting and dredging in treating infantile dyspeptic type diarrhea Speciality: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author: Xu Hui Tutor: Wang Daoquan Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Massage of digesting and dredging and Wang pill in the treatment of infantile dyspeptic type diarrhea. Methods: 60 patients with diarrhea due to improper diet in children from massage clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine .according to the table of random numbers randomly divided into treatment group and control with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group to massage therapy, the control group received Wang pill, each patients treated for 4 days. Recording the symptoms, signs , symptom, laboratory indexes. Data processing using SPSS16.0 software package,the count data X2 test, measurement data test, rank data using the Kruskal- Wallis test. Results: The therapeutic effect of massage therapy is better. The results of the treatment group:cure-7, markedim provement-13, improvement-8,noeffct-1, the total efficiency96.7% the results of the controlgroup:cure-4,marke dimprovement-10, improvement-13,noeffct-3, the total efficiency 90% ；Though the total efficiencies are similar, the contrast results of fecal remission time and the main symptom relief time of the treatment are significantly better than the control group in Wang pill. Conclusion：the clinical efficacy of Massage of digesting and dredging in treating infantile dyspeptic type diarrhea is superior to Wang pill. Keywords infantile dyspeptic type diarr
