Methods: Choosing 110 complete case files and grouping them into 2 groups naming toxic heat group and nontoxic heat group. Through the multiple logistics regression analysis, researched the relationship between clinical data and the syndrome differentiation on toxic heat. Through calculating the frequency of various drugs in 110 patients, classified the 10 drugs with the highest frequency according to drug effect. Researching the relationship between clinical data and drug compatibility through logistic regression analysis. Results: ⑴Multiple logistic regression analysis on clinical data and toxic heat revealed that premature ventricular contraction was positively correlated with toxic heat(OR=12.000, P=0.028), while brachypnea was negatively correlated with toxic heat(OR=0.175 ，P=0.058).
