Treatment of Hyperthyroidism and Leukopenia by Jianing capsule Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Zhang Yongjie Tutor: Professor Wang Liqin Abstract Object: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Jianing capsule in to combine minidose tapazole treating hyperthyroidism and leukopenia.Methods: 1.Dependabily investigation. To invest the dependability with the course of disease,years of age, sex ,thyroid function of the 109 hyperthyroidism and leukopenia.2.Clinical research:65 cases of hyperthyroidism and leukopenia of qi-yin asthenia pyrophlegm and stagnant blood were randomly divided into tow groups: The treated group patient (n=33) were treated by Jianing capsule, and the control group patient(n=32) were treated by tapzole Batilol and Vitamin B4.We regard one mouths as a period of treatment and there are five course of treatment. Result: There are significant differences between effects of the two groups. Jianing capsule in to combine minidose tapazole can improve leucocytes production. Moreover, the indexes of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH, TGAb and TPOAb are effectively improved in the treated group. Jianing capsule has nor toxic action or side reaction. Conclusion: Clinical observe indicate that Jianing capsule has satisfactory therapeutic efficacy in treating hyperthyroidism and leukopenia and it has curative effect in ameliorating thyroid function, regulating immunity and decreasing adverse reaction and it worth observe more.
