Methods: The cases were from the Shandong Medical University Hospital orthopedic ward from April 2009 to December 2010 admitted 30 cases of knee medial collateral ligament injury of grade Ⅲpatients, the use of autologous tendon stump repair alternative to strengthening the knee in collateral ligament of the surgical method! The group of 30 patients, 16 males and 14 females, aged 16 to 54 years, mean 34 years. 17 cases left, right 13.The causes of injury: road accident in 22 cases, 8 cases of sports injuries. Injury site: Tibial avulsion in 11 cases, femoral condyle avulsion in 8 cases, 10 cases of fractured the middle. Combined injuries: Meniscal injury in 5 cases, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament tears in 5 cases, Sanlian levy 3 case ，followed up for24 weeks. By Lysholm knee scoring system to be evaluated, a score of 21.76 ± 9.92 points.
