Clinical Research of New Xuefuzhuyu Capsule on IL-10 and IL-18 of patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris Speciality：Medical department of TCM Author ：Zhang Lanyue Tutor ：Prof.Ji Zhongqiang Abstract Objective ：To explore the impacts of new xuefuzhuyu capsule on IL-10 and IL-18 of unstable angina pectoris . Methods ：60 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomized into treatment group and control group，and in each group there are 30 cases. The control group was treated conventionally( such as nitrates, calcium antagonists,β - receptor blocker agents, angiotensin - converting enzyme inhibitors ,statins and asp irin). The treatment group was treated with new xuefuzhuyu capsule supplemented on the basis of conventional therapy as control group. The two groups were all medicated for four weeks. The symptoms of angina，IL-10 and IL-18 levels were observed before and after treatment separately. Results ：There are statistical difference presented in the total effective rates of angina pectoris in comparison between treatment group and control group( P 0.05).There are statistical difference presented in IL-10 and IL-18 levels in comparison between treatment group and control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion ：The new xuefuzhuyu capsule can relieve the Symptoms of angina of unstable angina and play on the treatment of unstable angina by regulate the immunity levels of IL-18 and IL-10.
