Evaluation and research of the Internal co-Treatment method in pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou which the syndromes are Wind-heat, Phlegm-heat closed the Lung Speciality: Chinese Academy of Pediatrics Author: LiBinGuoDongju Tutor: ZhangBaoqingLiYanning Abstract Objective: Evaluate clinical effect of the internal co-treatment method in children with Pneumonia Chuansou which the syndrome are wind-heat, phlegm-heat closed the lung. Methods: 120 cases of pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou which are wind-heat, phlegm-heat closed the lung are randomly divided into treated group with 64 cases and control group with 56 cases. The control group uses Xiyanping and treatment symptomaticly while the treated group uses the drugs based on the control group and plus oral Chinese medicine .We observe the improvement of the disease about symptoms and signs . Results:The cured-marked effective rate of the treated group in wind heat closed the lung is 100% .The cured rate of the treated group is 87.5%,while the others are 95.5% and 59.1%;The cured-marked effective rate of the treated group in phlegm heat closed the lung is 100% .The cured rate of the treated group is 82,5%,while the others are 97.1% and 61.8%.The results of treated groups are better respectively than the control groups after treatment in total score and syndromes such as fever,cough,phlegm,asthma,lung auscultation ,and the differences are statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The Internal co-treatment method has significant effect in treating children with Pneumonia Chuansou in Wind-heat and Phlegm-heat closed the lung ,and has important clinical value.
