Clinical observation and evaluation of therapeutic efficiency on treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis using methods of activating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis and assuaging pain Speciality:The study of spinal column and arthrosis disease Author:Song Honggang Tutor:Professor Dong Jianwen Abstract Objective: By observing the clinical significance and the effect of methods of activating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis and assuaging pain on treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, make an objective evaluation of the efficacy of methods of activating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis and assuaging pain on treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and better guide clinical work. Methods: 60 patients with LSS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 each.The treatment group was treated by methods of activating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis and assuaging pain and taking oral anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets to treat Lss. The control group was treated by taking oral anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets to treat Lss.After 2 weeks follow-up, observe the efficacy. Results: In treatment group,9 were fully recovered,16 were improved with 5 invalid.The total effective rate was 83.3%.In control group, 7 were fully recovered,13 were improved with 10 invalid.The total effective rate was 66.7%.
