The Clinical Study on anginapectoris of elder patients with Unstable Angina by Buyuanyixin Formula Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Xiao Lingling Tutor ：Prof. Bao Pei-rong Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the buyuanyixin formula to elder patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 60 elder patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).Routin therapy was given to control group .The treatment group was dosed buyuanyixin formula and routin therapy. The treatment cycle is four weeks. The influence of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on unstable angina were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group, the total effective rate of relieving angina,improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively90% ,93.33%and 90%;the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively43.33 %,36.67%,40%,which were significantly better than those of the control group ,P0.05 . The level of TC 、 LDL-C 、TG,blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group,the level of HDL-C were increased remarkably in the treatment group,which were statistically different compared with those of the control group ，P0.05 .Conclusion: The prescription of buyuanyixin formula can obtain more remarkable curative effect on iatreusis of elder patients with unstable angina.
