Clinical Research of Yujuxiji on Treating Diabetic Foot Speciality: Hormonology of TCM Author: Pang Wenli Tutor: Prof.Zhang Dexian Abstract Objective To discuss the effect of diabetic foot which belonging to congealing heat with blood type stasis treated by Yujuxiji based on the theory of TCM compared with gentamicin plus dressing change, study Yujuxiji’s mechanism and preliminary study the prescription’s mechanism.Methods Choose 58 patients with diabetic foot lesions , and divided them into treatment group (37cases) and control group(21cases ) adopting experimental methods of random and control. Under the same basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with Chinese Materia Medicine to wash outside, while the control group was treated with gentamicin plus dressing change. One month was a course of treatment. Before and after treatment we observed the changes of transcutaneous oxygen pressure, deep sensation test and talus-humerus exponent etc, compared the local symptom, time of wound surface healing, and decrease area of wound surface. T-test , X2 test and Rabit test were used in processing data, and monitored the liver and renal functions.Results Treatment group is more effective comparing with control group in the following items: transcutaneous oxygen pressure, deep sensation test, local symptom, decrease eara of wound surface and time of wound surface healing, P0.05. The talus-humerus exponent of two groups both shows no obvious difference before and after treatment , P0.05.Conclusion Yujuxiji is functional for the treatment of diabetic foot belonging to congealing heat with blood st
