Methods ：1. Clinical study: 60 patients who accorded with the diagnosis standard were separated into two groups at random: the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Kunshen Granule,the control group was given Shenlian Capsule.Observe the clinical efficacy and compared the death rate of two groups. 2. Experimental study: Oral administration of MNNG to Wister rats resulted in a high incidence of gastric carcinoma. The rats were separated into six groups at random, negative control group, model group, positive control group, Kunshen large dose group, medium dose group and small dose group dose.
