Clinical Study on Treating Brady Arrhythmia for the Aged with Shengmai Fulv Decoction Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Wang Yulin Tutor ：Prof. Wang Jingcun Abstract Objective ：To study and observe the clinical effect of Shengmai Fulv decoction on Brady Arrhythmia for the aged and explore its mechanism of effect ．Methods ：60 aged patients of Brady Arrhythmia of Tanzhuo Bizu were divided randomly into two groups ．30 cases with Shengmai Fulv decoction were taken as treatment group，the other 30 cases treated with Xinbao capsule were taken as control group ．The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all the patients were observed before and after treatment ．Results ： After four weeks treatment, in the treatment group the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms(86.67%) were significantly better than those of the control group. Both groups heart rate can be enhanced, but the two groups have no significant difference. The treatment group was superior or similar to that of control group in regulating the blood-lipoid and improving vascular endothelial function ．Conclusion ：Shengmai Fulv decoction may improve patients clinical symptom obviously and has the function of regulating the blood-lipoid and improving vascular endothelial function ．This study enriches the theory of TCM treating Brady Arrhythmia for the aged and it is indicated that Shengmai Fulv decoction has obvious effect and less side effect． Key words Shengmai Fulv decoction; Brady Arrhythmia; clinical study 目 录 引 言 1 临床研究 2 一、资料与方法 2 （一）诊断标准 2 （二）病例选择 4
