构筑全过程多模式校企融合育人之路
——紫琅职业技术学院的探索与实践

摘要：产教融合、校企合作是办好我国高等职业教育、应用型本科高校（应用技术大学）必须坚持的基本方针。紫琅职业技术学院探索构筑了一条全过程多模式校企融合育人之路。首先，校企融合贯通育人全过程，形成了环环相扣的“七个校企共同”：校企共同优化专业设置、制定培养方案、开发课程内容、集聚教学资源、实施教学活动、建设质保体系、促进学生就业。同时，不断拓宽融合育人之路，形成了四种校企合作模式 ：自主型合作模式，即与学院自主创办的企业进行合作 ；入驻型合作模式 ，即与入驻学院从事生产经营活动的企业进行合作；共建型合作模式，即利用企业的设备和技术投入，共同建设校园内实验室或实训室 ；校外型合作模式，即与校外企业合作开展科技研发、员工培训和学生实训实习。

Abstract：In order to ensure the success of national higher vocational education, application-oriented universities (universities of applied technologies) operations, we must adhere to the basic principles: Production - education Integration and school-enterprise cooperation. Zilang Vocational and Technical College is exploring a multi-mode, overall-process educational road with school-enterprise integration. First of all, it is school-enterprise integration that is in the whole process of educating, forming an interlocking seven school-enterprise joints”: co-optimizing curriculum specialties settings, developing training programs, developing course contents, gathering teaching resources, implementing teaching activities, constructing quality assurance system, and promoting students’ employment. Meanwhile, it is continuously broadening the road, forming “four school-enterprise cooperation modes”: Autonomous Co-operative Mode, namely, cooperating with colleges’ self-established businesses; Settled in Cooperative Mode, that is, carrying out cooperation activities with those enterprises that settled in college and engaged in production; Co-building Operative Mode, namely , co-building the labs or training rooms in the campus with the use of the enterprises’ investment in equipment and technol
