摘 要 随着整个世界的经济逐步趋向于合作发展,而合作必将带来交流和沟通,交流和沟通的桥梁就是各种交通,所以交通可以带来发展,而航空港作为交通中的一个关键，因此，发展航空港将会给一个地区也带来发展,航空港也会成为一个城市甚至一个地区的经济支柱。 此文以郑州航空港区为研究对象,运用公司战略管理的相关理论，用SWOT分析模型对郑州航空港区进行分析,再对郑州航空港的发展战略进行进究。论文首先论述了国内外航空港区的建设理论及经验,然后得出了航空港区发展的普遍的一般的规律，之后论述了发展战略的理论，再之后对郑州航空港区的外部和内部环境进行了分析，最后，根据郑州航空港区的实际情况，以及自己的思考分析，指出了郑州航空港区可以实施的发展战略。 关键词: 郑州航空港区；发展战略； Abstract The airport is an important part of the worlds high-speed transportation system. Facts have proved that, in the process of global economic integration, the economic development of the airport and the surrounding area of mutual integration. This paper to Zhengzhou Airport Area as the research object, using the article investigates the development strategy through statistic tools, contrast tools, case study, SWOT analyses. Firstly, the development of the theory and practice of domestic and international Airport Area will be reviewed, summarized the general rules of Airport Area development on the basis of comparative analysis, and then explains what the theory of enterprise development strategy research. Then giving logical analysis if the internal and external environments in Zhengzhou Airport Area, And then evaluating the development strategy in Zhengzhou Airport Area and concluding the differentiatio strategy.
