毕业论文（设计） 题 目 四川省眉山市怡园旅馆设计 院 系 土木工程学院 专 业 土木工程 年级 2009级 学生姓名 郭开春 学 号 090813024 指导教师 李 静 四川省眉山市怡园旅馆设计 土木工程 学生：郭开春 指导老师：李静 【摘 要】 本设计包含三个大部分，设计资料准备，建筑设计和结构设计。 设计资料的准备包括设计前相关资料的查阅（建筑结构设计、图纸绘制相关规范等），和设计后资料的整理（电算计算书、手算初选截面尺寸等）。 建筑设计需在熟悉任务书及建筑环境设计分析的前提下，处理好拟建建筑与相邻原有建筑、建筑场地内外交通组织和环境绿化的关系，使建筑具有良好的通风采光和与环境街区协调的功能。同时，分析设计各层平面使用功能，解决环境、场地、体型；与人活动相关的空间组织，如：交通和疏散；建筑施工技术可行性及消防等问题；结合旅馆的特点，满足建筑相关规范，进行建筑设计并绘制建筑施工图。 结构设计，根据建筑设计，结构承重和抗震设防方面的要求，结合场地地质条件，现场材料供应堆放和施工技术条件等因素考虑，合理进行结构选型和结构布置。结合建筑结构设计及相关规范，确定梁、板、柱的构件截面尺寸，利用PKPM计算结构内力分析和配筋设计并绘制出柱、梁、板以及基础的施工图。 整理完善设计内容及与设计的相关资料，编写设计书。 【关键词】 旅馆 框架 混凝土 建筑 结构 设计 Shichuan University and Jinjiang college students apartment building Civil Engineering Student: Yangqi Instructor: Li Jing 【Abstract】 This design consists of three parts, the design data preparation, architectural design and structural design.Preparation of design information, including the design before data access (building structural design, drawings and related specifications), and the design after the collation of relevant data (ICC calculations, the hand count the primary cross-section dimensions, etc.).Building design needs to be familiar with the mission statement and the built environment design analysis, deal with the proposed building and adjacent to the original building, inside and outside the building site traffic organization and the environment green, so that the building has good ventilation and lighting and environment blocks coordinating function.
