长距离输油管道地理信息系统构建 摘 要 自20世纪90年代由美国首先提出“数字化管道”的概念以来，许多国家和地区掀起了对数字管道的研究。随着信息技术的迅猛发展，数字化技术特别是地理信息系统（GIS）技术开始应用到管道运输行业。 当前管道建设高速发展，输油管网系统变得越来越复杂、庞大，而传统的管理方式存在很大缺陷，己无法适应输油管道现代化管理的需要。随着Internet的普及以及Web技术的发展，将GIS构筑于Internet之上成为GIS发展的一个重要趋势，基于以上背景，本文提出了建立基于WebGIS的输油管道地理信息系统的思想。 （1）对研究输油管道数字化所需的背景知识进行了深入的学习，重点研究了WebGIS的特点及相关技术。 （2）软件平台的选择是本系统设计的重要部分之一。通过分析、对比了几种主流WebGIS产品，选择美国ESRI公司的ArcIMS作为系统的开发平台。 （3）从GIS数据模型与存储分析出发，使用SQL Server 2000进行数据库管理，结合空间数据库引擎ArcSDE，实现了在单一数据库中管理空间数据和属性数据。 （4）以“抚顺——鲅鱼圈输油管道”为例，根据其特点，进行了系统开发平台、总体结构、功能模块、数据库等的详细设计。 最后基于上述的思想和方法，利用ArcIMS作为地图服务器，采用ASP.NET 技术开发出输油管道地理信息系统，从而实现了抚顺——鲅鱼圈输油管道的数字化管理。 关键词：输油管道，数字化，地理信息系统，WebGIS，ArcIMS，数据库 Design of Long Transmission Oil Pipeline on GIS Abstract Since the 1990s the concept of digital pipeline was first put forward by the United States, many nations and regions brought about the research of digital pipeline. With the fast development of information technology, especially the geographic information system (GIS) is beginning to use in the pipeline transportation. At present, with the high-speed development of pipeline construction, the oil and gas pipeline network system has become more and more complicated and huge. However, the traditional management has very big limitation, it can not satisfy the demand of modern management of the oil and gas pipeline. Along with the popularization of Internet and the fast development of Web technology, it is an important trend of GIS developing that GIS is based on Internet. Under this background, this paper presents the thought of establishing the oil pipeline geographic information system based on WebGIS.
