京津冀产业集群视角下的河北省城市化发展的研究.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 城市化一直是我国经济社会发展所关注的焦点问题，提升城市化水平是关系到我国 经济能否保持健康、快速的发展势头，能否实现全面小康这个目标的关键性问题。产业 集群是城市化发展的重要动力之一，一定程度上讲，城市化是产业集聚的过程和结果。 产业集群能促进农村劳动力的转移、二三产业的发展、及资源、基础设施等的共建、共 享，而城市化的发展又反过来为区域产业升级提供了基础要素和良好的制度文化环境 等。 本文分析了京津冀及河北省的产业集群发展现状，认为京津冀的产业集聚效应在不 断上升，河北省以传统优势产业和特色产业为基础也形成了一定的产业集群；并运用复 合指标法对河北省各城市的城市化发展水平进行了综合测度，结果表明各城市的城市化 发展水平差异较大。 对京津冀产业集群与城市化水平进行了Granger因果关系检验，并对河北省产业集 群总体水平、分行业产业集群水平分别和城市化水平进行了Granger因果关系检验，京 津冀产业集群与城市化之间存在着相互影响的联动发展关系，且河北省城市化的发展在 一定程度上促进了产业集群的发展，但其产业集群对城市化发展的促进作用并不明显。 在运用面板数据模型对京津冀与长三角在产业集群和城市化的互动发展进行了比 较之后，发现京津冀与长三角之间有很大的差距和不足。 根据上述研究结论，本文提出了河北省产业集群和城市化互动发展的相关政策建 议。 关键词 京津冀 产业集群 城市化 I Abstract Abstract Urbanization has been the focal point issue which our country economic society develops pays attention, the promotion of urbanization level is related to the healthy fast development of our country economy, and the realization of the comprehensive well-off. The industrial group is one important powers of urbanized development, in the certain extent, the urbanization is the process and the result which the industry gathers. The industrial group can promote the rural labor force shift, the second and third industrial development, and the sharing of resources and infrastructure, in turn the urbanized development has provided the foundation essential factor and the good system culture environment for the region industrial upgrading, and so on.
