改良集束化护理方案预防颅脑手术患者肺部感染的临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨改良集束化护理方案预防颅脑手术患者肺部感染的临床效果。方法：本次研究采用两阶段对比的方式，选取2012年1-12月在本院进行颅脑手术治疗的118例患者作为对照组，实施常规护理措施；将2013年1-12月进行同类手术的110例患者作为干预组，在常规护理的基础上采用改良集束化护理方案干预，比较两组患者肺部感染情况及重症监护室治疗观察时间。结果：干预组患者出现肺部感染16例，感染率为14.55%，明显低于对照组的30.51%（36/118），差异有统计学意义（ 字2=8.24，P=0.00）。干预组患者的重症监护室治疗观察时间为（20.76±6.71）d，明显短于对照组的（25.84±5.32）d，差异有统计学意义（t=6.36，P=0.00）。结论：对颅脑手术患者实施本改良集束化护理方案较实施常规护理措施能够有效地降低肺部感染的发生率和缩短在监护室的治疗观察时间。 中国论文网 /6/view-7251491.htm 　　【关键词】 集束化护理； 颅脑手术； 肺部感染 　　Clinical Study of Improved Nursing Program in the Prevention of Lung Infection in Patients with Craniocerebral Operation/YANG Jian-e，XIAO Yu，PAN Han.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（09）：085-088 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of improved nursing program in the prevention of lung infection in patients with craniocerebral operation.Method：In this study，the clinical data of patients with two stages were compared.118 patients with craniocerebral operation admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the control group，they were received routine nursing care measures，while 110 patients with craniocerebral operation admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the intervention group，they received improved nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.The pulmonary infection，treatment and observation time in intensive care unit between the two groups were compared.Result：The patients of intervention group were 16 cases of pulmonary infection，the infection rate was 14.55%，which was significantly lower than 30.51%（36/118） of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=8.24，P=0.00）.The treatment and observation time in intensive care unit of intervention group was （20.76±6.71）d，which was significantly shorter than （25.84±5.32）d of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（t=6.36，P=0.00）.Conclusion：Compared with the implementation of routine nursing measures，the im
