摘要WTO后,我国的经济逐渐走向了新的篇章。而对于企业来说,则是充满着新的机遇,也同样存在着新的挑战。所以企业的培训变得尤为重要,也同样的受到了更为强烈的关注。只有良好的企业培训才能培养出优秀的员工,只有拥有更为优秀的员工,企业才能进一步成为众多精英中的佼佼者。
本文由国家电网公司入手,第一章由提出问题后对问题进行研究,列举出集中培训的常用方法。第二章通过对员工培训的理论概述,对员工培训的含义,员工培训的内容以及员工培训在企业中的作用进行进一步的解释。第三章主要介绍国家电网公司的创立背景以及企业职责。第四章主要描述该公司在员工培训时存在的问题,而后第五章根据第四章提出的问题进行一系列的建议。
