缩宫素联合益母草预防前置胎盘产妇产后出血的效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察缩宫素联合益母草预防前置胎盘产后出血的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年 中国论文网 /6/view-7248823.htm 　　4月在本院行剖宫产终止妊娠的前置胎盘产妇97例，随机将其分为益母草组（n=51）和欣母沛组（n=46），益母草组产妇于胎儿娩出后给予缩宫素联合益母草治疗，欣母沛组给予缩宫素联合欣母沛治疗，比较两组术中控制出血效果、术中及术后2、24 h出血量。结果：益母草组产妇术中出血控制总有效率96.08%（49/51）明显高于欣母沛组的80.43%（37/46），差异有统计学意义（ 字2=5.887，P=0.015）。益母草组产妇术中出血量明显少于欣母沛组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：缩宫素联合益母草及缩宫素联合欣母沛均可预防前置胎盘产后出血，前者术中缩宫止血作用更优。 　　【关键词】 前置胎盘； 益母草； 欣母沛； 产后出血 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Oxytocin combined with Motherwort for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in placenta previa puerpera.Method：97 placenta previa puerpera who underwent cesarean section from January 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Motherwort group（n=51） and the Hemabate group（n=46）.The Motherwort group received the treatment of Oxytocin and Motherwort in maternal fetal childbirth.The Hemabate group received the treatment of Oxytocin and Hemabate.The effect of intraoperative control hemorrhage，the hemorrhage of intraoperative and postpartum 2 hours and 24 hours between the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of intraoperative control hemorrhage in the Motherwort group was 96.08%（49/51），which was significantly higher than 80.43%（37/46） in the Hemabate group，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=5.887，P=0.015）.The intraoperative hemorrhage of Motherwort group was significantly less than that of the Hemabate group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Oxytocin combined with Motherwort for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in placenta previa puerpera has good effect as same as the Oxytocin combined with Hemabate，but intraoperative hemostatic effect in the former is better than that in the latter. 　　【Key words】 Placenta previa； Motherwort； Hemabate； Postpartum hemorrhage 　　First-authors address：Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Pingxiang City，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn
