早孕期系统超声切面检查在胎儿结构畸形筛查方面的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早孕期（孕11～13+6周）系统超声切面检查在胎儿结构畸形筛查方面的应用价值。方法 对2014年1月―12月在东莞市妇幼保健院行超声检查的10 669名孕妇共10 883例孕11～13+6周胎儿进行系统超声切面检查，并对比中晚孕期超声及出生后体检结果。结果 孕期超声共检出115例胎儿共154处结构畸形（包括1例胎儿单处结构畸形及1例胎儿多处结构畸形，多发畸形综合征计为1处结构畸形），产后体检发现孕期超声漏诊3例结构畸形。其中早孕期超声检出62例胎儿共85处结构畸形，早孕期超声诊断胎儿结构畸形敏感度为54.1%（85/157）。结论 早孕期系统超声切面检查可以发现相当一部分胎儿结构畸形，尤其针对重大致死性结构畸形。早孕期系统超声检查对于提早部分胎儿畸形的诊断时间是行之有效的。 中国论文网 /6/view-7215354.htm 　　[关键词] 早孕期；超声切面；结构畸形 　　[中图分类号] R714.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0196-03 　　Application of System Ultrasonic Inspection in the Early Pregnancy in the Screening for Fetal Structural Abnormalities 　　LIU Chen-ning1，YU Fu-bing2，LIU Yan-hui2，LIN Yang-yang2，ZENG Xiu-mei2 　　1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Graduate School of Guangdong Medical College， Zhanjiang， Guangdong Province， 524000 China；2.Dongguan maternal and child care service centre， Dongguan， Guangdong Province， 523000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application value of system ultrasonic inspection in the early pregnancy （11～13+6 weeks of pregnancy） in the screening for fetal structural abnormalities.
