齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT86 齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 3万吨/年酯交换法DMC车间丙二醇分离工段初步设计 学 院 化学与化学工程学院 专业班级 化工08 班 学生姓名 指导教师 成 绩 2012年 5 月 23日  摘 要 本文是关于3万吨/年酯交换法DMC车间丙二醇分离工段初步设计。文中首先论述丙二醇的特点、用途、性质、发展现状及其生产方法。根据查找文献，确定生产装置采用常压精馏工艺流程，主要生产甲醇、丙二醇等产品。根据物质的性质确定了生产的方法和工艺流程路线。其次根据工艺参数进行了物料衡算、热量衡算和设备计算，同时依据计算的数据进行了设备选型。依据车间布置设计的原则进行了合理的车间设备的平面和立面布置。并且对该工段的自动控制、安全生产、“三废处理”及公用工程做了简要说明。最后根据工艺条件绘制了带控制点的工艺流程图，并且利用Auto CAD绘制了车间平立面布置图和丙二醇精馏塔。最终完成了20 000字的毕业设计说明书。 关键词：丙二醇；甲醇；精馏；初步设计 Abstract This separation section of propylene glycol of 30 000 tons / year of DMC workshop with transesterification was preliminary designed. The characteristics of propylene glycol, uses, properties, the development status and production methods were discussesed. According to literatures, the process route was identified as  HYPERLINK app:ds:constant constant pressure atmospheric distillation process. The main products were methanol, propylene glycol and other products. According to the process parameter, mass balance, heat balance and calculation of equipment were calculated, and based on previous calculation, the size and type of main equipment were selected. According to the arrangement principle of workshop, the workshop was arranged in place and vertical. And automatic control, safe of workshop, treatment of “three wastes”, utilities engineering were explained. Finally, according to the process condition, process flow chart with control points was drawn by hand, arrangement of workshop and key equipment were drawn with Auto CAD.
