完善我国石油技术服务企业员工绩效管理的对策研究 摘 要 在当今世界，企业的成长将主要依靠高效的管理体系和制度所培育的独特竞争力，竞争力的培育需要经历由量的积累向质的提升过程。目前国内外石油技术服务市场竞争十分激烈，我国石油技术服务企业要想进一步发展，就必须提高管理水平以提升企业的核心竞争力。改善员工绩效管理是提高企业管理水平的一个必然选择。因此，结合企业实际，研究与运用员工绩效管理理论是我国石油技术服务企业的当务之急。为此，本文首先阐述了员工绩效管理的重要性及其相关基本理论；然后依据基本理论，采用系统的方法，对我国石油技术服务企业的绩效管理现状进行分析，找出我国石油技术服务企业员工绩效管理中存在的问题。按照开拓创新与借鉴成功经验相结合的思想，提出改进与完善我国石油技术服务企业员工绩效管理的对策，希望本文的研究能够为石油技术服务企业全面改善员工绩效管理提供有益的参考。 关键词：石油技术服务企业；员工绩效管理；创新  Abstract In the modern world, the enterprises’ development mainly depends on the special competitive ability cultivated with high-efficient management system and institution. The cultivation of core competence has to go through the process from quantity accumulation to quality upgrade. At present, the competence of home and abroad petroleum technological service market is much furious, the technological service enterprises of petroleum of China have to improve business administration to improve their core competence in order to achieve further development. It is an inevitable choice to promote the administration level to perfect performance management. So it is the urgent task to study and apply the performance management theory for the petroleum technological service enterprises combining with their status in quo. This paper discusses the importance of performance management and its relative basic theory at first; then based on the essential theory, the paper analyzes the status in quo of performance management in petroleum technological service enterprises; according to the thought of combining innovation with using successful experience, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for promoting and perfecting the stuff performance management of petroleum technological service enterprises of China. It is expected that the research result in this paper can provide valuable references for overall promoting staff performance management of petroleum technological service enterprises of China.
