Workshop (II)’, namely, ‘English Listening and Speaking (II)’ is a two-semester course available to the second-year English-major undergraduates in order to familiarise them with different strategies of communicating with people. Given that listening and speaking are complementary keys to communication, this class will encourage the students to listen, discuss, and then speak out on various topics with reference to academic and social contexts.
