In order to comply with the development of O2O requirement, the fusion of online virtual world and offline real world leads to the revolution of all supply chain areas including strategy, organization, process and informationization etc. It needs to bring high attention of the supply chain risk management. The thesis used the basic supply chain risk management process method from Risk Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Management to Business Continuity Management. Find out the main causes of O2O supply chain risks through fish bone analysis, risk types dimension analysis, FEMA （Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis ） methods. Use O2O supply chain risk matrix to do quantitative analysis, dig into the deep risk causes and measure the risks severity of impact.
