中北大学2013届本科毕业设计说明书 第  PAGE 27 页 共  NUMPAGES 27 页 配电网无功功率优化 摘要 无功补偿在供电系统中起到提高功率因数的作用，能够降低供电设备和送电线路的损耗，提高电压质量。从我国经济发展现状来看，电力供需矛盾逐步加深，接入配电系统的客户对电能质量的要求也在不断提高，越来越体现出无功补偿合理优化、配置的重要性。合理的选择无功补偿装置和容量，可以做到最大限度的减少网络损耗，提高供电质量；反之，则可能造成供电系统电压波动、谐波增大等诸多问题。 本文总共四章，内容包括第一章的背景意义和应用现状，第二章配网无功功率优化的目的和手段，第三章一个简单具体的110kV辐射网无功功率优化以及最后第四章的结论和展望。无功补偿是配电网建设与改造的重要内容，无功补偿点的合理选择、补偿方式的合理确定，能够有效地维持配电网的电压水平，提高电压稳定性，是降低网损、提高电压的一种投资少、回报高的方案，直接决定和影响了供电企业的经济效益，规划、实施无功补偿势在必行。 关键词：配电网，无功补偿，节能降损 Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network Abstract Reactive power compensation is used for increasing power factor, reducing loss of power supply devices and transmission lines, and improving voltage quality. From the view of economy development status in our country, the contradiction between supply and demand of power is becoming deep increasingly. Customers connected into distribution system are demanding more standards for power quality. It becomes more important to optimize and configure reactive compensation reasonably. Reasonable selection of reactive compensation device and content can reduce network loss by the greatest extent and improve power supply quality. Otherwise, unreasonable selection can cause power system voltage fluctuation, harmonic increase and so many other problems. This total of four chapters, the first chapter covers the background meaning and application status, chap distribution network reactive power optimization purposes and means of the third chapter a simple concrete 110kV network reactive power optimization of radiation and the final chapter conclusions and outlook. Reactive compensation is one of main components in distribution system construction and reformation. Reasonable selection of compensation position and mode can maintain voltage level in effect and increase voltage stability.
