社区互助养老模式中社会工作介入研究——以深圳市DS社区为例.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 近几年，各省市在解决养老问题方面已探索出一些经验。北京、上海、浙江、新疆、 河北等地去都在推行了“互助养老”的新型养老模式，各个城市在社区建立试点，充分 利用社区的资源，让老人既不离开自己熟悉的环境又能享受到全方位的养老服务。这种 新型的养老模式很大程度上可弥补居家养老、机构养老中存在的不足或缺失，使老年人 能够颐养天年。社会工作作为一门专业化的助人职业，近几年来在各个领域不断探索新 的发展道路。社会工作依靠独特的价值观和伦理观，运用独特的社会工作方法和理论， 在解决养老问题上起到了无可替代的作用。 本文通过问卷法、访谈法和个案研究的方法对深圳市 DS 社区的社会工作介入社区 互助养老的现状进行分析，运用社会工作的理论和方法，找到社会工作介入社区互助养 老实践中存在的缺陷，在此基础上提出建议和对策，从而促进和完善社会工作介入互助 养老模式的发展。 关键词 社区 互助养老 社会工作介入 I Abstract Abstract As a new model of old-age pension, the method of mutual-support is promoted in many areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Xinjiang and Hebei province. This model makes the elderly enjoy the full range of pension services while not to leave their familiar surroundings. This new model can make up the lack which the Home-based Care for the Aged and social pension have, and enable the elderly to live. As a specialization career to help others, social work is used in various fields. Social work, which relies on a unique set of values and ethics and uses the unique social work methods and theory, plays an unmatched role in solving pension problems. This article by questionnaire, interview and case study approach to the DS community social work in Shenzhen involved communities to undertake a situation analysis of the mutual aid pension, application of theories and methods of social work, find the defects of community mutual assistance old-age practice of social work, based on suggestions and responses, so as to promote and improve the social development of Interventional assistance model.
