美国解决流动儿童教育问题对策研究.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 美国是教育较为发达的国家，教育公平向来是美国教育界追求的目标。美国流动儿 童的教育便是其追求教育公平的重要组成部分。美国流动儿童教育发端于20 世纪 60 年 代，至今已有 50 多年的历史，取得了较好的效果，教育平等的理念深入人心，流动儿 童的教育状况得到很大程度的改善，但同时也存在着一系列亟待的问题。流动儿童依然 是最为弱势的群体，也是教育上急需帮助的群体。 本文运用问题解决的模式，以比较教育学国别专题研究为框架，采用政策研究法、 文献分析法、数据统计法、比较研究法等研究方法，阐述美国流动儿童教育问题的产生 和解决，指出了美国流动儿童教育产生的成效和存在的问题，并结合我国流动儿童教育 的现状，反思我国流动儿童教育中存在的问题，并根据美国流动儿童教育的经验，为我 国更好的解决流动儿童教育问题提供良好的启示和借鉴。 关键词 美国 流动儿童 教育 教育公平 I Abstract Abstract The education of the United States is well developed, and educational justice is still the target of American educators. The education of American migrant children is one important component of the action to fulfill educational justice. American migrant education began from 1960s, has more than 50 years history and achieved good outcomes until now. The idea of education equality enjoys popular support. The education condition of migrant children had been greatly improved, but there are still existed a succession of problems that needed to be solved immediately. The migrant children are still the most vulnerable group and need educational help the most. Problem-solving model and framing on the basis of research of comparative education, the author using research approaches such as policy research, literature, data analysis, and comparative, describing the emergency and the solution of the migrant education problem, indicating the outcomes and matters in the migrant education program. Based on the outcomes of the American migrant education, the author logically reasoned and deduced enlightenments to our education managing from it, trying to find a better way to solve the migrant education problems in our country.
