“蚁族”群体住房保障法律制度研究 中文摘要 “蚁族”群体住房保障法律制度研究 中文摘要 “蚁族”群体是我国新生的弱势群体，并且数量庞大，人数众多。解决“蚁族” 群体的住房问题是我国政府当前必须面对和解决的现实问题。本文主体主要分为三个 部分：第一部分首先对“蚁族”群体的概念、特征进行了阐述，紧接着介绍了“蚁 族”群体的住房现状以及产生住房困难现象的原因；第二部分通过对我国现行住房 保障法律制度的介绍，结合“蚁族”群体自身，提出了这些法律制度在保障“蚁 族”群体住房问题方面存在的问题，并且就解决“蚁族”群体住房问题的重要性进 行了阐述；第三部分针对我国现行住房保障法律制度在保障“蚁族”群体住房问题 上存在的问题提出了对策、方案。 关键词：蚁族 住房权 住房保障法律制度 作 者：朱丹 指导老师：朱中一 I Abstract The Legal System Research of the Ant tribe Housing Security The Legal System Research of the Ant tribe Housing Security Abstract Ant tribe is the new vulnerable groups in our country, appearing in large numbers. The Chinese government must realize and handle the urgent housing problem of the ant tribe. This thesis is mainly divided into three parts: In the first part, the author illustrates the concept and characteristics of the ant tribe, introduces the current housing situation of the ant tribe and explains the reasons of their housing difficulties; The second part points out the present legal system’s default in solving the ant tribe’s housing problems, through the introduction of the current legal system concerning housing security and the analysis of the ant tribe itself. What’s more, it also elaborates on the great importance of solving the housing problems of the ants tribe; In the third part, the author comes up with the corresponding measures and strategies, aiming at tackling the existing problem in our current legal system regarding housing security and improving the housing situation of the ant tribe group.
