II 生态学视阈下的企业迁移及其对企业集群的影响：理论与实证研究 摘 要 企业迁移作为一种客观经济现象，一直伴随我国社会经济发展。不论是跨国 企业迁入我国境内，还是我国东部沿海地区企业迁往中西部内陆地区，客观上不 仅有利于我国产业结构的调整升级，而且还有利于我国区域经济协调发展。针对 当前愈演愈烈的企业迁移活动，什么因素推动企业迁移？迁移企业对迁入地的企 业集群产生什么影响？如何承接企业迁移，推动企业集群又好又快发展？这些都 是具有研究价值的问题。鉴于此，本文试图从生态学视阈出发，研究企业迁移及 其对企业集群的影响。首先，本文梳理了相关理论基础，从生态学视阈界定了企 业迁移和企业集群等基本概念；进而，本文借鉴生态学中关于生物入侵及其对生 物群落演替影响的相关研究成果，分析企业迁移的机理，并通过理论分析与数理 分析相结合的方法，探究企业迁移对企业集群演化的影响；在机理分析基础上， 本文以我国仪器仪表制造企业集群为例，实证分析了外商投资企业对我国仪器仪 表制造企业集群的影响；最后，总结全文研究成果，针对推动企业集群健康发展 提出若干政策建议。 研究结果表明：（1）迁移企业自身特征是企业迁移的内在基础，迁入地的环 境特征是企业迁移的外在条件，而以政府行政干预为代表的外界因素加速这一迁 移过程；（2）迁移企业对企业集群演化的影响是通过与企业集群内的本地企业间 的相互作用实现的，迁移企业和本地企业间相互作用关系类型和作用系数对企业 集群的演化态势具有重要影响。 关键词：企业迁移；企业集群；机理分析；Lotka-Volterra 模型；灰色估计 III Study on Enterprise Relocation and Its Impact on Enterprise Cluster from the Perspective of Ecology: Theoretical and Empirical Research ABSTRACT As an objective economic phenomenon, enterprises relocation has been accompanied by Chinas economic and social development.
