哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 - PAGE II - - Ⅰ- 板料弯边机及导向装置 摘要 板料弯边机是制作风阀体的装置，风阀体是中央空调的组成部分，而风阀是风阀体的重要组成部分。现在随着人民的生活水平的提高，生活质量的改善，空调的需求量日益增大，使得风阀的使用量越来越大。风阀大都是由薄壁板料加工而成，为了增加刚度需要弯边加工。本轧辊机是采用辊压成形对板料进行弯边处理。 本设计是在熟悉板料弯曲理论的基础上，安排板料轧制工艺、轧制方案以及轧制总体设计。在进行传动方案设计后，对轧制部件进行设计，轧制部件包括轧辊装置和导向装置。板料通过多对成形轧辊轴，依次使板料从两边开始向中间弯曲成形。对主要制部件进行选择，以及必要校核使其满足设计要求。并借助UG4.0进行轧制部件的装配并完成轧制过程的运动仿真。 板材产品薄而宽的断面决定了板材产品在生产和应用上有其特有的优势条件。本设备具有结构相对紧凑、性能可靠、生产成本相对便宜、工作效率高等特点，因此也非常适合用于造船、汽车等制造业。 关键词　轧辊装置；导向装置；运动仿真-Ⅱ- Sheet curved side machine and guide design Abstract Body style is an integral part of the central air-conditioning, and air valve is an important component of the body.
