Abstract
ONective To evaluate the Influence of Safflower Yellow on the levels of Blood Lipid
and Fibrinogen in Patients with Unstable Angina
Research oNect This study collected between December 20 1 2 and December 20 1 2
in Inner Mongolia national university affiliated hospital cardiovascular intemal medicine
diagnosis as”unstable angina”in hospitalized patients．
Methods Through the analysis of all the patientsj tO evaluate suspected cases．
obser、7ation indexes：total cholesterol(CHO)．triglycerides(TG)．high．densitylipoprotein
(HDL)．10w density lipoprotein(LDL)?plasma fibrinogen(FG)．the evaluation of b100d
lipid in patients with unstable anginaj safflower yellow pigment effect of plasma fibrinogen
Results Through comparing before and after treatment．and points out that the
safflower yellow pigment Can reduce the unstable angina patients with total cholester01．
triglyceride．10w density,lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)：plasma fibrinogen．at the s锄e
time can increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)．showed the safnower veIlow
pigment tO coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with unstable angina can be adjust
blood lipid?improvement the action such as coagulant function．thus suggestin2 the drug
for the patient benefits is veobig．should be as a conventional adjuvant treatment of
unstable angina
Conclusion Safflower yellow pigment in patients with coronas3、heart disease
unstable angina can be adjust blood lipid．improve the function of blood coagulation
