首都经济贸易大擘硕士学位论文 《入世对我国音像业的影响及对策研究》 内容提要 改革开放以来，国外音像业对我国音像业的影n自越来越丈，特别是入世以来， 随着市场开放进程的加快，国外音像业对我国音像业产生的影响日益明显。如何 应对国外挑战，并且利用市场开放给我国音像业发展带来的机遇，制定合理的政 府政策，完善相应的法律法规以及选择有效的应对措施，对我国音像业发展具有 重要的现实意义。 本文在对世贸组织相关规则认识的基础上，运用理论研究和对比分析的方 法，以比较优势理论和产业内贸易理论为依据，比较国内外音像业发展的特点， 研究我国音像业存在问题的原因，并据此提出对策建议。 本文认为，我国音像业在经济全球化大潮中，未来发展应展开如下努力：首 先，政府需在WTO的法律框架下，利用被允许的例外条款，对我国音像业进行必 要的保护和扶持，同时要加强法制建设与规范市场行为：其次应注意发挥行业协 会的协调作用；第三要加强企业内部创新，同时注意技术引进，学习幽外先进经 验，增强企业竞争实力。通过不断地改进和努力，我国音像业一定会在加强对外 贸易交往中得以壮大和发展。 j ＼ 关键词：音像业世贸组织对策 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 R八世对我国音像业的彰响及对策研究》 Abstract Since reform and opening—up，the foreign impact on phonotape and videotape industry to the same industry in our country is greater and greater，especial ly the influence has been obvious day by day since entering the WTO，how to tackle the foreign challenge and uti1ize the opportunity from marketing open which brings to phonotape and videotape industry development in our country．It wiii have real istic meaning to phonotape and videotape industry in our country，such as making rational government policy，to perfect corresponding legal provisions and choose effective means measure development． This thesis uses the method of theory study and comparison arialysis on the basis of the knowledge of the relevant rule of WTO，according as the comparat ire advantage theory and trade theory in the industry，to compare wi th the characteristic of foreign phonotape and videotape industry’s development，also study the reason of the question to the phonotape and videotape industry in our country，and put forward the countermeasure and suggestion in view of the above． This thesJs thinks，the development jn the future should be launched the endeavor in the spring tide of economiC globalization in the phonotape and videotape industry of OUr COUf[try as follows：first of alL the government needs to util ize the exceptional clause al lowed under the legal frame of WTO，carry on essential protection and support to the phonotape and videotape industry of our country，to
