电子商务环境下物流模式的探讨 Abstract In recent years，because of the improvement of the Electronic Commerce(EC) environment and the great advantage of the EC，the EC is regarded highly by the government and corporations．They participate in the EC in different ways．This made the EC is developed at a highly speed in liRle years．In this process，people find the logistics which holds out net business affairs of the material commodity has been the obstacle and key factor．If not have an efficient,logical，expedite logistic system，the advantage of the EC is difficult to be exert effectively．If not have a logistic system compliant with the EC，the EC is difficult to be development effectively．This thesis focus on logistics under the environment of the EC and discuss this issue．This thesis is divided into five parts： (1)The Conspectus ofthe EC and logistics； (2)The modernization ofthe logistics management under the environment ofthe EC (3)The mode of logistics system under the environment ofthe EC； (4)The state and trends ofthe logistics industry under the environment ofthe EC． At first,the thesis introduces the relationship of the EC and the logistics，the definitions of the logistics and logistic management,the character ofthe logistics under the environment ofthe EC．Then the thesis describes the definitions ofthe supply chain and its management，points out the abuse the logistic management in the traditional supply chain management and the logistic management in supply chain management under the environment oftbe EC．And it puts forward if want to achieve the modernization of the logistic management under the environment of the EC，must achieve the informatization the logistic management． This thesis emphasizes on the logistic mode under the environment of the EC and concrete solutions．Recently,there are many articles about the EC and the logistics，but most ofthem limit to discuss the theory,not bring forward concrete and feasible solutions．This thesis has a breakthrough，brings forward a logis
