Abstract Enterpri ses cannot survive wi thout compet i tion.Four main forms of market structure and organization stand out:Perfect competitions, Monopolistic competition, Oligopoly and Monopoly.At present,the Perfect competition and the Monopoly are not the main body of the market competition in China.But the industry between monopolistic competition and the Oligopoly The author names this industry between both two as mixed compitition,which has few oligarches with the main shares in the market.Otherwise,there are many mid and smali enterprises with fewer shares in the mixed competition.which can compete wi th ol igarches in unruly ways It iS fairly true to say no competitire regulations,nO competitire system in the market.These mid and small enterprises cut their prices much lower than the cost of goods, but the oligopoly cannot get advantage station,as makes the mixed competition irregular and i11一competitive.If the ol igopoly can’t col lect enough money to manufacture and develop new technique,the whole mixed competition will go into death together It’S important not only to the survive of the enterprises in China but to our economic development.The ol igopoly becomes into the real advantage enterprises dependring on the efforts both the enterprises themselves and the gorernment This article is derided into four parts ①the definat ion of the mixed compet i t ion ②compare the oligopoly system with the west ⑧analysis on oligopoly target behaviors ④questions and countermeasures the oligOpOly must face up now The author puts forward her views that the development of the oligopoly in mixed competition depends on differences in goods and services ,technique creations and the tradeⅡlark tactiCS. 混合竞争性行业寡头厂商竞争行为分析 箭 吉刖 舌 随着市场经济体制的建立和完善,市场竞争的程度越来越激烈.市 场结构理论正日益被社会各界人士学习,掌握并加以利用.虽然国内外 经济学者在寡头垄断市场结构方面作了大量的研究和探索,但总的说 来,寡头理论是四种市场结构中最薄弱、最不完善的一种理论。尤其 是介于寡头垄断和垄断竞争之间的混合竞争性市场结构在国内外很少 有学者研究,可是我国有很多如家电、轿车、煤矿、水泥等行业的市 场结构就是这种混合竞争性市场结构。其特点有:①该类行业中许多 厂商,其中少数厂商占有极大的市场份额,而多数厂商占有极少市场 份额;②众多
